Join us for 45 minutes of movement, motivation & a tailored feel-good workout in the garden this Spring!

 

What to expect:

- group mobility & warm up

- individual stations that focus on strength (think dumbbells and kettlebells)

- boxercise station for cathartic therapy (guaranteed to put a smile on your face)

- group core connect finisher (think pilates style abs)

 

What to bring:

- yourself, water & a yoga mat. All other kit will be provided, alongside toys for little ones and that all-important post-workout coffee for you.

 

How it works:

- a max of 8 places available per session

- minimum of 5 people needed each week to go ahead
