Bringing you a brand new mash-up of child-friendly fitness to unleash your inner POWER!
This 5-week program will take you on a journey to feeling strong, supple, energised & mobilisied - in short, to feeling fabulous!
Kick-off the New Year with a bang as each Friday you allow yourself 45 minutes of YOU time, with each week focused on a different outcome to banish the frazzle and ramp up the feel-good!
Sessions take place in the indoor studio at Donnington Valley Hotel & Spa, and are suitable for all stages of motherhood & fitness.
Playmats & toys are provided for your little ones and there is free parking on site.
The sessions will be as follows:
1.30pm, Fridays, 10th January - 7th February inclusive.

Week 2 - Power Up
Week 3 - Stretch Out
Week 4 - Revitalise
Week 5 - Perk Up
