Take a moment just for you this summer with our friendly, outdoor Mum & Baby Yoga sessions in the beautiful surroundings of Victoria Park, Newbury.

 

These 45-minute classes are designed to support your postnatal recovery, boost your wellbeing, and help you feel more like you again — all while your baby relaxes nearby or little ones join in.

 

Each week we’ll explore a different theme, from easing shoulder and back tension to gently rebuilding core strength, always with a focus on connection, breath and self-care.

 

Whether you’re 6 weeks or 6 months postpartum, you’ll be welcomed just as you are.

 

Upcoming Themes:

 

25/07/25 - Breathe & Bloom – Yoga for Relaxation & Reconnection - a gentle, grounding flow to help you reset, reconnect, and simply 'be'. Perfect for easing into summer with breath, movement, and presence.

 

01/08/25 - Unknot & Unwind – Neck, Shoulder & Back Release - target those tired neck, shoulder, and back muscles with soothing stretches and postures designed to release the tension that comes from constant holding, feeding, and carrying.

 

08/08/25 - Core & Floor – Core Recovery & Pelvic Floor - Support your postnatal recovery with breath-led core activation and pelvic floor awareness. Move mindfully and build deep inner strength, one breath at a time.

 

15/08/25 - Stretch & Smile – Yoga for Energy & Uplift - A light, energising session to lift your mood and loosen up. Flow through gentle, feel-good movements to beat fatigue and bring back your spark.

 

29/0/25 - Strong as a Mother – Postnatal Strength & Stability -  Finish your summer feeling strong, steady, and confident. A functional flow to support posture, balance and whole-body strength—baby by your side, power in your core.

 

No previous yoga experience is needed—just come as you are, take what you need, and leave feeling a little more grounded.

 

Booking essential – spaces are limited! Just bring yourself, your baby and your yoga mat. Older siblings warmly welcomed.
