Fi has been my personal trainer for the last 8 months during my maternity leave. After an unexpected c section Fi eased me gently back into exercise at the right pace for me. She is very knowledgeable about the effects of birth on the body and how to get the most out of your sessions at every stage.
Thanks to Fi I achieved my goal of getting back to a size 10 in 5 months ready to be bridesmaid at my friends wedding.
I have now lost an amazing 7.5cms off waist and after a gradual step up in intensity managed a 1.45 min plank! I think the is the longest I have ever done in my life!
Fi makes the sessions fun as well as tough and I looked forward to them every week as did my baby boy (as well as the cuddles, I think he enjoyed watching me work hard). She is such a lovely positive person, I consider myself to be very lucky for her to have been such a big part of my maternity leave. Thank you Fi
