This award is such an honour, but the win belongs to us ALL - every single one of you who’s believed in me, sweated through sessions, trusted me with your goals and your bodies, showed up even when it was hard, or simply cheered on from the sidelines.

Every early morning session, every sweaty squat, every ‘you’ve got this!’ - we did that, together.

It's a reminder that showing up for yourself is powerful—and contagious.

I’m beyond grateful and incredibly humbled. If this win shows anything, it’s that when we lift each other up, incredible things happen. To everyone who took the time to vote - you have my heartfelt thanks.

So today we celebrate. But tomorrow? We’re back to the squats (though those stilettos will be back on for the awards do!)
